Experienced Condo Property Managers

We Work Closely with the Condo Association (HOA) Board

Maine Real Estate Management hosts HOA meetings at our office or will go off-site when necessary. We prepare the agenda and financial reports for all meetings and email them to members 24 hours prior to the meeting. We also prepare packets for homeowner’s annual meetings, send out notifications for the meetings, and attend them ourselves.

Financial Transparency

Our software allows the condo association to view all the financials online. You will have 24/7 access to your ledgers, showing P&Ls, balance sheets, dues collected, and accounts receivable. We also pay bills as directed, maintain vendor records, and prepare a year-end financial in preparation for tax returns. Our superior financial technology and transparency is one of the things that sets us apart from our competition.

Hands-on Management

We do periodic inspections of the condo properties to ensure that everything is running smoothly. By meeting with the condo associations weekly, we have constant contact and communication. Some of our services are:

  • Keep current updated homeowner files and maintain current homeowner directory
  • Review Rules and Regulations with the Board and make changes as needed
  • Compile bid packets for contractors
  • Work with contractors hired by the Association to make sure that all contractual obligations are being met
  • Field all phone calls from homeowners and log and respond to any maintenance issues that are an HOA responsibility
  • Collect assessment fees and deposit in an appropriate bank account

24/7 Maintenance

We provide 24/7 maintenance for all condo associations. Our experienced managers can determine if a maintenance issue is the responsibility of the association or the individual condo owner. Our large in-house staff can take care of smaller projects quickly and economically. For larger projects, we have a network of contractors who can handle the repairs reliably and affordably.

Our Maine Service Area

Maine Real Estate Management’s primary service area is the greater Bangor metro area and now the Central Maine area. We manage properties as far north as Lincoln, as far south as Lewiston, and everything in between. Our offices are conveniently located in downtown Bangor, Maine. For the right-sized project, we would expand our service area.
